Dr. Manuel Garcia received his Bachelors in Science from Florida State University. He completed his medical residency at Spectrum Blodgett, Spectrum Butterworth, and St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI coordinated by the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center (an affiliate of Michigan State University). After graduating as the Chief Resident of the Spectrum Blodgett Campus, he devoted his career to Phlebology (the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease).
Dr. Manuel Garcia has earned Diplomat status with the American Board of Phlebology by becoming board certified. He is a member of the American College of Phlebology, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and Society for Vascular Ultrasound. He is the founder and medical director of VeinsPlus - Center for Comprehensive Vein Care with office locations in East Lansing, Jackson, and Grand Rapids.
