Manuel E. Garcia, MD, RPVI

 

Dr. Manuel Garcia received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He completed his medical residency at Spectrum Blodgett, Spectrum Butterworth, and St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, coordinated by the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center (an affiliate of Michigan State University). After graduating as the Chief Resident of the Spectrum Blodgett Campus, he furthered his medical training as a varicose vein specialist.

Dr. Manuel Garcia has earned Diplomat status with the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also certified as a Registered Physician of Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).

He is a member of the American College of Phlebology, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society, and Society for Vascular Ultrasound.

Dr. Garcia also participates with the Internal Medicine Program of Michigan State University by offering an Introductory Phlebology Rotation.  He also serves as the Medical Advisor to Vascular Ultrasound Program at Baker College.

He is the founder and medical director of VeinsPlus, Acne Center of Lansing, and MesoHealth.

 

KIM GARCIA, PAC, RVT

Kim Garcia, PA-C, RVT received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Florida State University. After working as a cardiovascular operating room nurse at Spectrum Blodgett, Grand Rapids, she furthered her education by completing a Master’s degree at Grand Valley State University’s Physician Assistant program. Her involvement with venous care at VeinsPlus is complemented by her membership in the American College of Phlebology, as well as her acquisition of an RVT degree.

Kimis a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Michigan Association of Physician Assistants.  Kim also serves as a Clinic Advisor to Ross Medical.
